Join Us
We are always looking for curious and motivated students who are excited about exploring the frontiers of semiconductor physics, nanotechnology, and emerging electronic materials. If you enjoy asking deep scientific questions and turning ideas into real devices, our lab may be the right place for you.
Opportunities
We welcome undergraduate students, master’s students, and Ph.D. students who are interested in semiconductor physics, nanotechnology, and advanced materials to join our research team. Students in our lab work on cutting-edge topics including two-dimensional materials, spintronic devices, and nanoscale electronic systems.
Research projects often combine materials growth, device fabrication, electrical measurements, and physical mechanism studies, providing students with both fundamental understanding and practical engineering experience.
What You Will Learn
In our lab, you will gain hands-on training in semiconductor fabrication and experimental techniques used in modern device research. You will learn how to transform creative ideas into functional engineering solutions and develop strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Students will also learn how to uncover the underlying physical mechanisms that govern electronic and spintronic device behavior. In addition to technical training, we emphasize the ability to communicate science clearly through effective presentations and scientific storytelling.
We also encourage students to integrate artificial intelligence tools into their research workflow, enabling smarter data analysis, faster research iteration, and more innovative project development.
